The application to register a domain name does not guarantee reservation of that name and the application will only be processed following payment. Once a domain name has been submitted for registration it cannot normally be cancelled.
The customer warrants that it is the owner of, or that it is duly authorised by the owner of, any trademark or name that it wishes to use or register as its domain name. In addition, the customer must not use a domain name that infringes the rights of any person in a corresponding trademark or name.
We reserve the right to require the customer to select a replacement domain name and may either refuse to provide or may suspend service if, in our opinion, there are reasonable grounds for us to believe that the domain name is, or is likely to be, offensive, abusive, defamatory or obscene, in breach of our Acceptable Use Policies or may infringe the rights of any person in a corresponding trade mark or name.
